Gear chosen because of what it does not weigh. Titanium tableware, a 52-gram water filter, a remote-canister stove, a collapsible flask and a Tyvek sleeping bag: the pieces that matter when every gram is carried on your back for eight hours.
Ultralight is a system, not a single purchase. A 200-gram saving on cookware means nothing if the shelter is heavy. Check the listed weight, packed dimensions and materials on each product page, then weigh the whole kit rather than the individual items.
Built for thru-hiking, fastpacking and multi-day routes across Canada and the northern USA, where the pack goes on before first light and does not come off until camp.
