When tracking information becomes available, it is emailed to the address used at checkout. Open the shipping confirmation and follow the carrier link for the latest scan information.
A newly created tracking number may not show movement immediately. The carrier may need additional time to receive the parcel, complete its first scan and display an update.
Split Shipments
Products from the same order may be packed and dispatched separately by different fulfilment partners. If this happens, you may receive more than one shipping confirmation or tracking link.
One parcel may arrive before another. Review each tracking link for the status of its corresponding shipment.
Missing or Stalled Tracking
If you cannot find the tracking email, check your spam and promotions folders and confirm that you are using the email address associated with the order.
If tracking has not appeared or has not updated after several business days, contact ARWE with your order number. We will review the information available and coordinate with the relevant carrier or fulfilment partner when appropriate.
