Track your order

Every Arwe order ships with tracking. As soon as your parcel leaves our studio, you'll receive an email with your carrier and tracking number — just click the link in that email to see live status.

Where's my tracking link?

Check the shipping confirmation email sent to the address on your order (including spam/promotions). Orders are processed in 1–2 business days; Canada/US delivery takes 3–7 business days and international 7–21 business days.

Need help?

Can't find your order or tracking number? Email support@arwe.com with your order number (e.g. ARW-10428) and we'll track it down within one business day.

Tip: for live in-store tracking, connect an order-tracking app from the Shopify App Store and add its block to this page.
