07Shipping & Delivery

Shipping availability, delivery estimates and costs depend on the product, destination, order value, shipping method and fulfilment location.

The shipping methods and charges available for your order are shown at checkout. Any free-shipping eligibility is also determined at checkout.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of:

Returns, refunds, replacements and damaged-item claims are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Contact ARWE before returning an item. Do not send a return to the address shown on the original parcel unless ARWE has specifically confirmed that return address.

Authorized return destinations may vary depending on the product, supplier or fulfilment location.

10Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If an order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect, contact arwesupport@gmail.com.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A clear description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the product
• Photographs of the packaging where relevant
• Photographs of the shipping label where relevant

We may request additional information before providing a replacement, refund or other appropriate resolution.

Payments are processed through the payment providers available through our Shopify-powered checkout.

ARWE does not directly store your full payment-card information.

Payment authorization, fraud screening, currency conversion and transaction processing may be handled by third-party payment providers.

A payment may be declined or delayed by your bank, card issuer, payment provider or an applicable fraud-prevention system.
